Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Cancellation Policy

At Chibi by 3Dee, many of our creations are produced in small batches or made to order. This policy explains how cancellations and changes are handled for pre-orders and made-to-order purchases.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Some products may be available for pre-order or made to order, meaning they are not immediately available for dispatch and will be produced after your order is placed.

Full payment is generally collected at checkout unless otherwise stated.

As our products require production time and materials, the following conditions apply:

Before production begins: You may request to cancel or modify your order by contacting us. Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation.
Once production has begun: Orders generally cannot be cancelled or modified, as materials and production resources have already been committed.
After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for information on returns, refunds, and damaged or defective items.

Production & Fulfilment

As many of our products are individually 3D-printed, production times may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, and material availability.

Any estimated production or fulfilment timelines provided are approximate and may be subject to change.

Should there be a significant delay or an issue fulfilling your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Changes & Cancellation Requests

If you need to make changes to your order or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun.

Refunds

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unfulfilled items will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
